Naturally I enjoy interacting with and meeting new people. I love to help in anyway that I can. Seeing the direct impact I can have on a customer is very rewarding to me. There is a high level of responsibility in being the face or the voice of a company, and I take pride in that role.

I graduated from manor high school in 2016. I also had the privilege of attending manor new technology high school for my freshman- junior years of high school.
Clean & sanitize the interior of various air crafts. Thoroughly perform security checks.
Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls. As well as chats and emails. Assist the customer in the refinancing process by filling out refinance applications, answering any questions, and keep record of every interaction with a customer.
Manage Amazon robotics floor operations. Clearing the floor of obstructions, rebooting drives and clearing jams.Respond to various errors from area associates such as verifying missing items and retrieving fallen products from the robotics floor. Selecting, packing, and shipping orders. Confirming address & correct product information before shipping.
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. Manage online and phone reservations. Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data. Register guests collecting necessary information.
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner. Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs. Assist with laundry washing, folding, and separating. Actively watch cameras and walk halls for safety checks.
