Monitor compliance with Staff Training Plan
Assist in maintaining records in accordance with State, Federal, and company regulations and policy as
required.
Inputs payroll data into the Center’s payroll/HR automated system
Review and screen applications for the purpose of filling vacancies
Become familiar with record keeping systems: Kronos, IntelliCorp, & Taleo
Process pay for company bills
Provide assistance in carrying out the functions of the Human Resources
Department. Explain human resources policies and procedures, fringe benefits and administers benefits
programs to employees.
Keep records and filing system maintained
