• Main contact between our company and our retail store outlets. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing sales with existing and new retail accounts.
• Direct communication with various retail store personnel who impact our products in each account.
• This communication includes retail customer selling (calling on and selling to assigned retail stores) to ensure store level conditions meet or exceed our standards.
• In store activities include:
• Shelf condition, assuring full authorized distribution, resets, display support (selling in extra case displays to support key events), price monitoring and securing secondary product locations.
• Manage and track POS materials and racks.
• Inspires sales through effective merchandise presentation, including accurate pricing, proper signage, budgeting, sales projection and assessing economic trends and community needs.

• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding hourly associates and managers accountable; analyzing and interpreting reports; implementing and monitoring asset protection and safety controls; maintaining quality assurance standards; overseeing safety and operational reviews; developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly associates in the facility by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness.
• Drives the financial performance of the Facility by ensuring that sales and profit goals are achieved, including leading the management team in controlling expenses to ensure they are indexed to sales, developing and implementing plans to correct any deficiencies in financial performance in the facility.
• Shrink and Safety Awareness created within the team to understand the gains and losses of the company by actively having associates participate in aggressive hospitality and following safety programs.
• Directs the management team in facility operations and communicates with both management and hourly associates about facility operations, merchandising, and company direction.
