Business Development Representative

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Team. This role is primarily responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. While the main focus will be on generating leads, you will also carry a small quota to close smaller deals. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the healthcare space and wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive inbound and outbound strategies to generate a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Initiate and lead targeted outreach to prospective clients through personalized email campaigns, strategic phone calls, and effective social selling techniques.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify and analyze the unique needs and challenges of prospective customers, ensuring tailored approach to engagement.
• Facilitate and coordinate discovery meetings between sales representatives and prospects to foster relationships and uncover further opportunities.
• Maintain accountability for closing smaller deals, while also driving lead generation efforts to support overall sales objectives.
• Consistently surpass sales targets and quotas through proactive strategies and a focus on results-driven performance.

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $70,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.  In this role you are also eligible to a quarterly commission structure directly impacted by your ability to accomplish established performance metrics.
