Parcel Perform is looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead our growth in the Australia, New Zealand and Asian markets β€” enabling the country’s top logistics and retail players to transform their delivery experience.

This is a 100% remote role and can be based either in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a greenfield opportunity with huge potential for success that will likely progress to a Sales Director role or greater.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and lead sales across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, managing the full cycle from prospecting to closing for strategic clients in e-commerce, logistics, marketplaces and retail.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting (e.g. email, LinkedIn, calls and events).
  • Drive strategic account engagement with national and regional logistics providers, e-commerce retailers, and technology platforms.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers, understanding their business needs and aligning them with Parcel Perform’s SAAS and platform capabilities.
  • Identify key partnerships to help build the Parcel Perform brand and penetration is multiple markets. Strong partnerships are a key strategy to penetrate and grow markets.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations, positioning Parcel Perform as the trusted enterprise solution for delivery data and experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Consulting, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate deal cycles and drive customer success.
  • Navigate complex sales processes and multi-stakeholder environments to close large enterprise deals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, activity tracking, and reporting in Hubspot CRM.
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to help shape go-to-market and product strategy.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, with a strong track record in enterprise sales and a preference for logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals in Australia, New Zealand and Asian markets.
  • Deep understanding of the logistics and e-commerce landscape, and strong relationships within the industry are a plus.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify technical solutions and build trust with executive stakeholders.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated β€” able to operate with autonomy while collaborating across functions.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex deals simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and productivity platforms.
  • A passion for software, digital transformation, and improving the end-customer experience.
