What you will do:
Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
Assist customers with purchases when needed
Follow up with customers to understand their progress and needs
Handle refunds and process purchases efficiently
Meet team KPIs
Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
Securely work with customers’ sensitive information

What you need to succeed in this role:
