Your role

  • Prospecting: You’ll identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as phone calls, email outreach, and social media to generate new business opportunities
  • Lead qualification: You’ll assess the suitability of leads based on predefined criteria to determine their level of interest and likelihood of conversion into sales opportunities
  • Relationship building: You’ll build rapport and establish trust with prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives, effectively communicating the value proposition of the product or service
  • Sales enablement: You’ll collaborate with sales teams to provide them with qualified leads and relevant information to facilitate the sales process and achieve revenue targets
  • Continuous learning: You’ll stay updated on industry trends, product features, and sales techniques to enhance performance, adapt to evolving market conditions, and drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness

Your qualifications

  • Qualification skills: You’re proficient in assessing the suitability of leads by understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine their potential as Qualified Customer Leads
  • Communication skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills to establish and nurture relationships with Qualified Customer Leads, effectively convey value propositions, and handle objections
  • Time management and organisation: You excel in pipeline management, maintaining structure to track sales progress and prioritise leads for a steady flow of qualified opportunities
  • Collaboration skills: You have the capacity to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams, sharing insights, aligning strategies, and optimising the lead generation and conversion process for achieving sales targets
  • Sales tools: You’re proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
