We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts to work with our F500 clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support
  • Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines
  • Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements
  • Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 PQE in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
