Dear Hiring Team,

I am writing to express my interest in the Learning Consultant position at Think Academy US. With a background in education and sales, I have honed my ability to connect with families and guide them to the best learning solutions. My fluency in English and Mandarin allows me to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

In my previous role, I consistently exceeded enrollment targets by building trust and understanding client needs. I am adept at using multiple communication channels to engage potential clients and provide personalized support. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to Think Academy's mission of using technology to enhance education.

Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the possibility of discussing how I can support your team.

Sincerely, [Your Name]

Can you describe a time when you had to handle a difficult client inquiry? How did you resolve it?
In my previous role, a parent was frustrated with the course schedule. I listened actively, empathized, and offered alternative options that fit their needs. By providing clear information and flexibility, the parent enrolled in a different program and appreciated the support.
How do you prioritize tasks when you have multiple clients and deadlines?
I use a CRM system to track interactions and set reminders. I categorize tasks by urgency and impact, ensuring that high-priority follow-ups are addressed first. I also communicate with clients to set realistic expectations.
What strategies would you use to meet enrollment targets?
I would analyze past data to identify effective channels, then focus on personalized outreach via phone and email. Building rapport with parents and showcasing the program's value through success stories would be key. I would also collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns.
How would you handle a situation where a parent is hesitant to enroll due to cost?
I would explain the long-term benefits of the program and highlight available payment plans or discounts. I would also share testimonials from other parents to build trust. If needed, I could offer a trial class to demonstrate value.
Describe your experience working in a bilingual environment. How do you ensure clear communication?
I am fluent in both English and Mandarin. I often switch between languages based on the client's preference. To avoid misunderstandings, I confirm key points in both languages and use simple terms. I also pay attention to cultural nuances to build rapport.
