Position Purpose: Leads the enterprise change communications function, providing strategic direction, governance, and executive communications support for the organization’s largest transformation initiatives, including enterprise modernization, organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, and business integration efforts.

  • Develops the enterprise change communications strategy aligned to business priorities.
  • Serves as the senior communications advisor to executive leadership and the Transformation Office.
  • Leads communications for enterprise transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.
  • Oversees executive messaging, leadership communications, and enterprise change campaigns.
  • Establishes governance, standards, and best practices for change communications.
  • Partners with HR, Transformation Office, and other key stakeholders and business leaders to drive alignment on how we plan and respond to change.
  • Develops measurement frameworks to evaluate communication effectiveness and adoption.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
