I am inspired by Docusign's mission to simplify agreements and would welcome the opportunity to contribute to your team.

I start by understanding their business objectives and KPIs, then align our solution's value to those metrics through regular business reviews and data-driven insights. I prioritise transparency and proactive communication to establish myself as a reliable strategic partner.

Can you describe a time you handled a challenging renewal negotiation?

In a previous role, I identified an at-risk renewal early, collaborated with internal teams to address customer concerns, and successfully negotiated a multi-year expansion by demonstrating ROI. I used competitive analysis and customer usage data to create a compelling business case.

How do you prioritize your time across a portfolio of high-value accounts?

I use data to segment accounts by risk and opportunity, using health scores and usage trends to allocate resources to the highest impact activities. I regularly review the portfolio to adjust priorities based on changing renewal timelines and customer needs.

How would you drive adoption in a complex, multi-stakeholder organization?

I would map all stakeholders, create a tailored adoption plan with clear milestones, and leverage champions across departments to drive engagement. I would also use business reviews to align on value and adjust the approach based on feedback and usage data.

Explain a time you expanded a strategic account.

I identified a customer's unmet business need and positioned additional capabilities or services that directly solved that need. I assembled a business case with cross-functional support and presented it to the executive sponsor, resulting in a significant expansion and increased customer satisfaction.
