Dear Hiring Manager,

With a strong background in B2B technical support and a proven ability to resolve complex issues, I have helped customers maximize value from SaaS platforms. Sample interview questions
I once encountered a customer who was unable to generate financial reports due to a data synchronization error. I systematically isolated the issue by reviewing logs, replicating the problem, and collaborating with engineering to identify a backend bug. I kept the customer informed throughout the process, set clear expectations, and provided a temporary workaround. After the fix, I followed up to verify satisfaction and shared the feedback with the product team.
I make it a habit to review release notes, participate in internal training sessions, and experiment with the platform in a sandbox environment. I also join product feedback forums and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices. This ensures I can confidently guide customers with accurate and current information.
A customer was experiencing a critical system outage that impacted their day-end processing. I immediately acknowledged the issue, committed to a regular update cadence, and coordinated with senior engineers to prioritize the fix. I empathized with the customer's stress, provided transparent timelines, and offered a post-incident report. This approach reduced their frustration and restored confidence in our service.
I would first acknowledge the customer's concern, let them know I'm investigating, and provide an estimated timeframe for a response. I'd then research internally using documentation, knowledge bases, or by consulting experts. I would proactively communicate progress and ensure the customer receives an accurate solution in a timely manner.
I am drawn to Juniper Square's mission to transform private markets through technology. The role offers an opportunity to combine my customer support expertise with my interest in the fintech industry. I am eager to contribute to the EMEA team's growth and develop leadership skills in a high-impact, collaborative environment.
