I am particularly excited about the opportunity to contribute to Nielsen's AI transformation via Agentforce, as I have a passion for identifying automation opportunities that drive operational efficiency. My Agile and Scrum expertise, combined with strong stakeholder management skills, would enable me to succeed as a strategic liaison to your global business units. Sample interview questions
I would first facilitate a discovery workshop to ensure all stakeholders understand the trade-offs. Then I would prioritize based on business impact, using objective criteria like revenue impact or compliance. I would document the decision, get formal sign-off from key stakeholders, and maintain alignment through transparent communication. If conflicts persist, I would escalate to the Salesforce Product Owner with a clear recommendation.
In my previous role, I led requirement gathering for a Salesforce-SAP integration to sync customer and order data. I worked with technical architects to map data flows, define field mappings, and document validation rules. I also coordinated UAT with business users to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency. This experience taught me the importance of clear integration documentation and alignment between business and technical teams.
I would start by analyzing current Salesforce workflows to identify repetitive, manual tasks with high volume and low complexity. I would also review user friction points from support tickets or feedback. By collaborating with user groups, I would prioritize use cases where Agentforce can reduce manual effort and improve response times. I would then create a business case comparing current cost vs. expected efficiency gains.
I use a structured template that includes the user persona, the action they want to take, and the expected benefit. For acceptance criteria, I follow the Given/When/Then format to cover specific scenarios. I also reference process maps and data flow diagrams to ensure clarity. I validate the stories with both business and technical stakeholders, and refine them iteratively during sprint planning.
I define success metrics before implementation, such as reduced data entry time, increased user adoption, or improved KPI reporting accuracy. After launch, I track these metrics using reports and dashboard, and gather qualitative feedback from users. I also review the data governance improvements, like decreased duplicate records. I present these results to stakeholders to demonstrate value and secure support for future initiatives.
