Dear Hiring Team,
I am interested in the Uber Driver App Testing opportunity with Testlio. As an active Uber driver, I can provide practical, real-world feedback on driver workflows, app functionality, and usability from the perspective of a regular platform user.
I am comfortable following test instructions, documenting defects clearly, and using online defect-tracking tools on both mobile devices and web platforms.
I value flexible remote work and would be glad to support improvements to the Uber Driver experience in Switzerland.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sample interview questions
I am an active Uber driver in Switzerland and regularly use the Uber Driver app during real driving workflows. This gives me practical context for evaluating features, usability, and potential issues that could affect drivers.
I would follow the supplied test cases carefully, record the exact steps taken, note the expected and actual results, and attach screenshots or screen recordings when available. I would also include device, operating-system, and app-version details to make the issue reproducible.
I can complete the required one hour of testing and can support a regular weekly cadence, with flexibility for additional ad-hoc testing requests when my driving schedule permits.
I would test in a safe setting and would never operate a phone while driving. I would perform testing while parked, before or after trips, or with a permitted hands-free approach only when the assigned scenario allows it.
I am comfortable using an iPhone and/or Android device and can use a web-based platform to review instructions, submit test results, and track defects. I can also provide clear written feedback in English.
