Sample interview questions
Describe an integrated marketing program you led that generated measurable pipeline.

I would explain the target audience, campaign insight, channel mix, sales alignment process, pipeline goals, and final results. I would also identify which tactics contributed most to engagement and how I optimized the program based on performance data.

How do you partner with enterprise sales teams to build an effective ABM program?

I start by agreeing on ideal-account criteria, account tiers, buying-group roles, and shared success metrics. I then combine sales insight with intent, CRM, and engagement data to create coordinated outreach, tailored content, events, and follow-up plays.

How would you measure the success of a field event or executive dinner?

I would measure attendance quality, target-account participation, meetings created, engagement, influenced and sourced opportunities, pipeline, and post-event conversion. I would also collect qualitative feedback from sales and attendees to improve the audience strategy and experience.

What is your approach to using Salesforce and HubSpot for campaign operations and reporting?

I ensure audience definitions, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, routing rules, and data hygiene are established before launch. I use dashboards to monitor delivery, engagement, lead flow, opportunity progression, and pipeline, then work with RevOps to resolve data or process gaps.

How have you used AI to improve marketing workflows without sacrificing quality?

I use AI to accelerate research, campaign briefs, initial content variations, segmentation ideas, event planning checklists, and reporting summaries. I retain human review for positioning, factual accuracy, brand voice, audience relevance, and final strategic decisions.
