About this role.
This remote, early-career Forward Deployed Product Manager/Product Business Analyst role supports client implementations for digital and AI-enabled products. The position translates ambiguous client workflows into requirements, user stories, prototypes, prompts, and configuration solutions within implementation pods. It partners closely with Technical Account Managers, implementation engineers, and client stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum and document decisions, edge cases, and reusable patterns. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of genuine product, business analysis, solutions consulting, or implementation experience and is comfortable using modern AI prototyping and lightweight coding tools.

Sample interview questions
I would begin with a discovery session to understand the user goal, current process, systems involved, constraints, and success measures. I would map the workflow, identify decisions and edge cases, then convert the findings into prioritized user stories, acceptance criteria, and a lightweight prototype for validation.
I would define the agent’s objective, inputs, outputs, guardrails, handoffs, and evaluation criteria. I would build a lightweight prototype using prompting or an agent framework, test representative and edge-case scenarios, collect stakeholder feedback, and document required configuration changes before scaling the solution.
I would make assumptions explicit, identify the highest-risk unknowns, and propose a small testable next step rather than waiting for perfect information. I would maintain a decision log, clearly assign owners and deadlines, and communicate tradeoffs so the team can progress while unresolved items are tracked.
I would document the approved workflow, business rules, user roles, system inputs and outputs, configuration decisions, prompt or prototype versions, dependencies, edge cases, open questions, and acceptance criteria. This creates a reliable handoff for implementation teams and a feedback source for core product improvements.
I would look for repeated client requests, recurring manual workarounds, similar workflow constraints, and common configuration gaps across deployments. I would synthesize the pattern with supporting examples, affected users, frequency, business impact, and a proposed product opportunity so the product team can assess prioritization.
