Sample interview questions
How would you turn a client-specific Palantir Foundry/AIP use case into a reusable product offering?

I would first identify the stable, repeatable workflow and separate it from client-specific data models, policies, and integrations. I would define a configurable product architecture, reusable user stories, acceptance criteria, deployment documentation, and a demonstration environment, then validate the package with stakeholders against both delivery and commercial objectives.

How do you manage a compressed four-week delivery timeline for an enterprise AI or data solution?

I begin with a tightly scoped outcome, explicit success metrics, and a prioritized MVP backlog. I establish daily delivery visibility, early technical-dependency checks, short feedback loops with decision-makers, and clear escalation paths so the team can protect the critical path and defer nonessential features.

How do you collaborate with engineers and solution architects when defining requirements?

I frame the business objective, user workflow, value hypothesis, and acceptance criteria, then work with technical partners to validate data availability, integrations, API constraints, security needs, and implementation trade-offs. This ensures requirements are understandable to stakeholders while remaining feasible for delivery teams.

What would you include in a roadmap for ongoing development of the initial solutions?

The roadmap would distinguish immediate production hardening from future capabilities, including data-integration enhancements, user experience improvements, governance and monitoring, reusable configuration options, maintenance ownership, and prioritized commercial opportunities. I would sequence initiatives by client value, technical dependency, effort, and potential for cross-client reuse.

How do you lead senior stakeholder reviews when there are conflicting priorities?

I make decisions evidence-based by presenting the desired outcome, delivery status, key trade-offs, risks, and options with clear recommendations. I seek alignment on scope and success criteria early, document decisions and owners, and use sprint demos to keep stakeholders focused on tangible progress rather than assumptions.
