Sample interview questions
How do you approach reviewing a complex full or partial denture case with a clinician in real time?

I first confirm the clinical objective, available scan data, occlusal considerations, and key aesthetic or functional constraints. I then review the design systematically, explain the trade-offs in clear language, recommend actionable adjustments, and document agreed next steps for the lab team.

Describe your experience using 3Shape CAD/CAM for removable cases.

I have used 3Shape workflows to evaluate digital records and design or modify removable cases, including full and partial dentures. I focus on data quality, fit, retention, occlusion, and manufacturability, escalating unusual clinical constraints when additional review is needed.

How would you handle a clinician who is frustrated because a scan or case design is delaying production?

I would acknowledge the impact and calmly gather the exact issue before offering the fastest clinically appropriate resolution. I would explain the reason for any required correction in practical terms, guide the clinician through the next step, and coordinate internally to keep the case moving once the issue is resolved.

How do you manage multiple live chats, calls, and urgent cases without compromising quality?

I prioritize by clinical urgency, production deadline, and the amount of time needed to unblock each case. I keep concise notes, communicate expected response times, use structured troubleshooting steps, and escalate promptly when a case requires specialized input.

What information do you communicate to production teams after receiving clinical feedback?

I provide a clear summary of the clinician's requested changes, the clinical rationale, affected design elements, relevant scan or case details, and any timing requirements. I confirm that the instructions are actionable and follow up on ambiguities before production proceeds.
