Sample interview questions
I use structured 1:1s, competency-based feedback, case reviews, and clear performance metrics to support each coach’s growth. I combine quantitative measures, such as engagement and outcomes, with qualitative QA reviews to identify strengths and targeted development needs.
I begin by identifying a measurable capability gap through QA findings, member feedback, and coach input. I then build practical learning objectives, interactive practice activities, supporting resources, and a follow-up measurement plan to confirm the training improves coaching behavior and member experience.
I would define observable coaching standards aligned with clinical guidance, member goals, and the desired experience, then translate them into a calibrated rubric. I would establish regular audit cycles, reviewer calibration, coach feedback loops, and trend reporting so insights lead directly to training, tooling, or process improvements.
I look for patterns across coach performance, member engagement, outcomes, satisfaction, and operational workload. After validating the underlying issue with qualitative context, I prioritize an intervention, pilot it where appropriate, and measure whether it improves quality, efficiency, or member outcomes.
I would synthesize feedback into a clear problem statement supported by coaching examples, member data, and expected impact. I would work with Clinical to ensure recommendations are safe and evidence-aligned, then collaborate with Product and Operations on feasible experiments, adoption plans, and success measures.
