Core skills

Skills and capabilities most closely associated with this opportunity.

Sample interview questions
Describe an end-to-end campaign you owned, from initial idea through post-campaign evaluation.

I would explain the customer or commercial opportunity, define the target audience and measurable objectives, and outline the channel plan, timeline, budget, and stakeholder responsibilities. I would then share launch results, the metrics tracked, insights uncovered, and specific changes I made for the next iteration.

How would you build an integrated campaign plan for a major Catawiki activation?

I would begin with the business goal, audience insight, and a clear campaign proposition. I would map the customer journey across onsite placements, CRM, paid media, social, PR, and merchandising, assign channel roles and owners, establish milestones, and use a shared measurement framework to evaluate both engagement and commercial impact.

What metrics would you use to assess whether an activation should be scaled?

I would use a combination of incremental demand, buyer or seller participation, conversion rate, auction volume or value where relevant, revenue contribution, channel efficiency, and customer engagement. I would compare results against a baseline or control where possible, assess operational feasibility, and recommend scaling only when performance is repeatable and aligned with strategic priorities.

Tell us about a time you resolved a delivery blocker involving multiple stakeholders.

I would first clarify the blocker, decision owner, deadline risk, and impact on campaign objectives. I would bring the relevant teams together with clear options and trade-offs, document the agreed action plan, and maintain concise updates until delivery is back on track.

How do you use AI tools to improve marketing work without compromising quality?

I use AI to accelerate research synthesis, brainstorm campaign angles, structure briefs, draft initial copy variations, and summarize performance findings. I validate outputs against brand standards, customer insights, and data, treating AI as a productivity tool rather than a substitute for strategic judgment.
