Sample interview questions
How would you prioritize optimization work across more than 30 websites and several markets?

I would establish a common KPI framework centered on conversion volume, conversion rate, traffic quality, and business impact. I would score opportunities by expected impact, confidence, effort, and strategic market priority, then maintain a transparent roadmap that is reviewed regularly with marketing, analytics, design, and development stakeholders.

Describe how you would use GA4 to identify an opportunity to improve MQL generation.

I would map the funnel from acquisition channel through key page views, form starts, form submissions, and qualified-lead outcomes. I would segment results by market, device, channel, landing page, and user behavior to identify meaningful drop-offs, validate the finding with qualitative evidence where available, and define a measurable test hypothesis.

What makes an A/B test reliable, and how would you communicate its outcome?

A reliable test starts with a clear hypothesis, a primary success metric, guardrail metrics, an appropriate audience, and a pre-defined duration or sample-size threshold. I would communicate the business context, observed result, confidence level, segment findings, implementation recommendation, and any follow-up learning rather than presenting a result as definitive without sufficient evidence.

How would you manage conflict when marketing needs a rapid campaign launch but the development team has competing priorities?

I would clarify the campaign's expected impact, deadline, technical scope, and risks, then work with both teams to identify options such as a reduced viable launch, phased delivery, or a temporary CMS-based solution. I would document the decision, owners, and trade-offs so that urgency does not compromise quality or create hidden delivery expectations.

What QA process would you apply before releasing changes to a multilingual lead-generation site?

I would use a release checklist covering functional behavior, form tracking, analytics events, SEO fundamentals, responsive design, performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, and localization accuracy. I would validate critical conversion paths in each affected market, define rollback procedures, and monitor key metrics immediately after launch for unexpected regressions.

    • Create clear project plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

    • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Web Developers, Web Designers, and the Web Analyst.

    • Balance multiple parallel initiatives across markets.

    • Ensure delivery is aligned with business goals, deadlines, and growth targets.

What will help you thrive?
