Sample interview questions
I would begin by documenting business requirements, scope, stakeholders, milestones, dependencies, and approval needs. I would maintain a delivery plan with regular cross-functional check-ins, proactively track risks and decisions, coordinate testing and MLR reviews, and provide concise status updates to the client through launch and post-launch follow-up.
I understand that MLR review requires accurate, well-organized content, clear version control, defined approval workflows, and careful tracking of reviewer feedback. I would coordinate submission materials, document comments and required revisions, confirm final approvals, and ensure released content aligns with approved claims and process requirements.
I would first clarify the underlying need, assess the change's impact on scope, timelines, testing, compliance, and dependent teams, and present viable options. After aligning with the client and internal stakeholders on a decision, I would update the delivery plan, communicate responsibilities, and closely monitor execution through closure.
I prioritize work based on client impact, regulatory or launch deadlines, delivery risk, and effort required. I use a visible tracker for priorities, owners, due dates, blockers, and next steps, while communicating early when dependencies or tradeoffs may affect commitments.
I would validate that requirements and approved content have been implemented, execute documented internal test scenarios, log and resolve defects, retest fixes, and confirm relevant stakeholders have completed their reviews. I would then prepare a clear verification package outlining completed work, known constraints if any, and requested client validation steps.
