Sample interview questions
How do you prioritize competing requests from two senior executives when both schedules are changing?

I first confirm the business impact, decision deadlines, and non-movable commitments for each request. I present clear options and trade-offs to the executives when needed, protect preparation time, and communicate schedule changes promptly to all stakeholders.

Describe how you prepare an executive for a high-stakes meeting.

I build a concise briefing that includes the meeting objective, attendee context, agenda, decision points, relevant documents, and outstanding risks or actions. I ensure materials are linked in the calendar invitation, reserve review time in advance, and follow up afterward with owners and deadlines.

What approach would you use to manage complex international travel and disruptions?

I plan early, validate travel requirements and meeting logistics, keep a clear itinerary, and monitor flights and ground transportation proactively. If disruption occurs, I quickly identify alternatives, communicate the revised plan, and protect the executive’s critical commitments wherever possible.

How do you maintain confidentiality while supporting board-level or regulated-business work?

I use need-to-know access, secure approved systems, careful document handling, and precise distribution lists. I avoid discussing sensitive matters in inappropriate settings, verify recipients before sending material, and escalate any uncertainty about information handling immediately.

How have you used AI tools to improve executive-support workflows?

I use approved AI tools to accelerate first drafts of agendas, meeting summaries, action trackers, and presentation outlines, while reviewing all outputs for accuracy, tone, and confidentiality. I treat AI as a productivity aid and ensure sensitive information is handled only according to company policy.
