Sample interview questions
I combine quantitative signals, such as declining usage, inactive users, or missed milestones, with qualitative inputs from customer conversations. I validate the root cause, create a mutually agreed recovery plan with clear owners and dates, and track progress through regular check-ins until the account returns to a healthy adoption path.
I would tailor the agenda to the customer’s objectives, summarize adoption and outcome metrics, highlight wins and unresolved gaps, and compare progress against agreed success criteria. I would conclude with prioritized recommendations, upcoming initiatives, and a documented action plan that supports renewal and growth.
I introduce expansion only after establishing that the recommended capability addresses a genuine business need. I use evidence from usage patterns, goals, and realized outcomes to build the business case, explain the commercial terms transparently, and position the proposal as a jointly beneficial next step rather than a sales push.
I would acknowledge the impact promptly, collect the necessary technical details, and coordinate a focused escalation with Support and Engineering. I would provide the customer with a clear communication cadence, set realistic expectations, explore a practical workaround where possible, and follow up after resolution with a root-cause review and prevention plan.
I would begin with the customer’s commercial objective and audience segments, then map suitable interactive formats and placements to the user journey. I would establish baseline metrics, test creative and targeting variants, monitor conversion and engagement data, and iteratively refine the program based on the strongest-performing experiences.
