Sample interview questions
How would you prioritize potential inventory partners in Spain?

I would create a scoring framework covering strategic inventory differentiation, client demand, projected revenue, technical readiness, commercial feasibility, privacy compliance, and partner reliability. I would validate the highest-scoring opportunities with Sales and Account Management before sequencing outreach and launch plans.

Describe how you would negotiate an exclusive or preferred inventory agreement with an SSP or publisher.

I would first establish mutual value through audience demand, campaign potential, operational capabilities, and expected revenue. I would then structure clear terms for access, pricing, delivery expectations, measurement, data handling, escalation paths, and review periods so both parties can measure value and adjust the agreement.

What programmatic metrics would you monitor after launching a new supply partnership?

I would monitor spend and revenue growth, bid volume, win rate, fill rate, available impressions, CPM trends, viewability, brand-safety outcomes, campaign delivery, audience quality, and client adoption. I would use these metrics to identify technical issues, commercial gaps, and expansion opportunities.

How would you handle conflicting requests from Sales, Product, and an external inventory partner?

I would clarify the underlying objectives, constraints, customer impact, and commercial value for each request. I would document options and trade-offs, recommend a prioritized path based on evidence, secure decision-maker alignment, and communicate a practical execution plan with owners and timelines.

How do privacy and regulation affect inventory partnership strategy in EMEA?

They affect data usage, consent requirements, targeting capabilities, contractual obligations, and the viability of certain supply sources. I would partner with legal, product, and technical stakeholders to ensure proposed integrations and deals comply with applicable requirements while maintaining measurable advertiser value.
