Sample interview questions
How would you determine whether a new sales enablement course is improving seller performance?

I would define success metrics before launch, combining leading indicators such as completion, assessment results, and learner feedback with business measures such as ramp time, pipeline conversion, win rates, or attainment where attribution is practical. I would segment results by audience and use findings to iterate on content and reinforcement.

Describe your process for developing an eLearning program for a new product launch.

I begin with audience analysis and interviews with product, sales, and subject-matter experts to identify critical behaviors and knowledge gaps. I then build a learning path with concise modules, practice activities, job aids, assessments, and manager reinforcement, pilot it with a representative audience, and improve it based on feedback and performance data.

How have you managed the lifecycle of content in an LMS?

I use clear ownership, content standards, review dates, version control, and metadata so learners can find current resources easily. I regularly audit usage and accuracy, archive outdated materials, and partner with subject-matter experts to keep high-value content current.

What makes enablement content effective for experienced salespeople?

Effective content is concise, relevant to real selling moments, and easy to apply immediately. I focus on practical scenarios, messaging frameworks, competitive guidance, discovery questions, and reusable assets rather than lengthy theory, while giving experienced sellers opportunities to practice and share feedback.

How do you handle competing requests from multiple sales and cross-functional stakeholders?

I align requests to business priorities, target audience impact, urgency, and available resources. I communicate trade-offs transparently, create a visible roadmap, and use reusable templates or modular content to deliver value quickly without compromising quality.
