Sample interview questions
I would explain how I identified the strategic fit, qualified the opportunity, developed a joint value proposition, led commercial and legal negotiations, and created a cross-functional launch plan. I would quantify the commercial outcome and describe how I managed risks, integration dependencies, and executive communication.
I would assess market demand, regulatory and licensing considerations, the partner's customer base and distribution strength, technical compatibility, commercial economics, reputation, and execution capacity. I would then prioritize opportunities using a structured scorecard tied to Binance's strategic objectives and risk appetite.
I start by defining the customer journey, revenue logic, scope, success metrics, and critical launch dependencies. I document requirements with product and engineering, validate API and integration feasibility early, assign owners and milestones, and maintain a decision log to manage changes.
I would clearly identify the risk with internal compliance, legal, and operations stakeholders and distinguish non-negotiable controls from areas where alternatives are possible. I would propose compliant structures, phased rollout options, or revised commercial terms while maintaining transparent communication with the partner.
I establish a shared operating cadence with clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, escalation paths, and launch criteria. Regular concise updates, decision-oriented meetings, and early escalation of blockers help maintain accountability and protect the commercial timeline.
