What You Do
Within one week, the Storyly marketing designer can cut a launch video for a customer go-live, build the deck a sales team takes into a multinational bank, turn a conversion-boosting case study into a one-pager, and ship the social assets for an industry event, all on-brand and all on time.
On a daily basis, you’ll be working with the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, to make the visual assets Storyly uses every week: social posts, short videos, sales decks, case studies, event materials and web visuals. Storyly already has an established design language that is optimised for clarity. As a marketing designer, your role is to learn it fast, apply it carefully and deliver clean, consistent work on time, across many assets at once.

- Fast and organized: you can handle several requests at once and still deliver on time
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for design and video (e.g. Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly) is highly preferred
- Fluent in English
- Marketing material design experience at a B2B SaaS product or a tech company is big plus

Sample interview questions
I begin with the existing design system, templates, typography rules, and approved examples. I use reusable Figma components and perform a final review of spacing, hierarchy, colors, and messaging before delivery.
I would first clarify the audience, key message, channel, duration, and delivery deadline. Then I would create a concise storyboard, assemble on-brand motion and product visuals, add clear copy and captions, and share an early cut for feedback before final export.
An effective deck has a clear narrative: customer problem, product value, proof, and next step. I prioritize strong visual hierarchy, readable data visualization, concise copy, and layouts that make it easy for sales teams to present confidently.
I assess business impact, deadlines, dependencies, and estimated effort, then confirm priorities with the marketing lead when conflicts arise. I communicate realistic delivery dates early and break larger requests into reviewable milestones.
I use AI tools to explore visual directions, create early concept references, and accelerate selected production tasks, while maintaining brand standards and verifying licensing and quality. Final creative decisions, editing, and quality control remain deliberate human-led steps.
