Sample interview questions
I would assess the program's language, content-specialty, volume, turnaround, security, and quality requirements, then compare suppliers using historical quality, on-time delivery, capacity, utilization, and client-specific performance data. I would validate availability with the relevant teams before making a recommendation.
I would first confirm the underlying data and identify patterns by language, content type, and workflow stage. I would discuss findings with the supplier, establish a measurable Quality Improvement Plan or corrective action plan, monitor progress against agreed milestones, and escalate to Talent Procurement if improvement is not achieved.
I use utilization data alongside quality and delivery metrics rather than treating capacity as the only decision factor. When a supplier approaches an unsustainable workload level, I would diversify assignments, adjust allocation, and work with procurement to secure additional qualified capacity.
I would communicate early with a concise summary of the risk, affected languages or programs, expected delivery impact, supporting metrics, and recommended mitigation options. I would align owners and deadlines across Program Squads and Talent Procurement, then provide regular updates until the risk is resolved.
I would track on-time delivery, time to accept tasks, language-quality scores, adherence to instructions, defect trends, utilization, available capacity, and performance against client-specific requirements. I would review these metrics in context to distinguish isolated incidents from systemic issues.
