With clients including direct advertisers, agencies and innovative startups, we have quickly become a market leader in this space. We are looking for a motivated team member to spearhead our publisher development efforts and develop their vision to eventually grow this essential team.

Customer Success is at the heart of what we do.

As part of Everflow’s Customer Success team, you will form strong, trusting relationships with customers built on your deep understanding of the Everflow platform and the digital marketing ecosystem.

You must bring both a strategic and technical mindset to the table, love working with people and have a passion for engaging proactively with our customers.


  • Ability to be a front-line account manager from a relationship and technical perspective
  • Identify growth opportunities with customers, develop and implement solutions to achieve revenue expansion goals.
  • Develop expertise with new products and features and be able to evangelize them with clients
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams
  • Help on-board new clients including training, Helpdesk, webinars and documentation
  • Upsell existing clients on new products and features


  • Good product sense and a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical background and a good grasp of internet technologies
  • 5 years minimum of digital advertising experience
  • Mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience
  • Familiarity with project management and customer success tools
  • Sales and/or Business Development experience is preferred, but not required
  • BA/BS in a relevant field
  • High proficiency in English
