THE TEAM

You’ll be joining a global team of experienced and talented Product Managers, Engineers and Designers who are focused on building a product that empowers and enables customers to participate in great live experiences. We are passionate about live events, motivated, collaborative, and a fun-loving team responsible for a high-growth, global business.

THE ROLE

With the largest event inventory on the planet, and millions of consumers using the platform for event discovery each month, a delightful, low friction consumer experience throughout is critical to our success. You’ll be responsible for driving initiatives toward improving the growth and engagement of our consumer experience. This means inspiring consumers to come back to discover things to do again and again. Themes may include defining new growth loops, driving our native app adoption and bringing consumer backs with compelling email, push or sms.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, creating a compelling vision for your product area and, defining a strategy and leading a team to ship high quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, data scientists and designers within and across Eventbrite.Β  This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team, directly impact millions of would-be event-goers, and help our consumer product become a trusted tool for exploring, and attending the best events on Eventbrite.

YOU WILL

  • Lead the ideation, research, design, development, and launch of user-centric products
  • Understand user needs; identify and define product requirementsCreate clear goals for the team.
  • Set OKRs and drive product development with a world-class team of Engineers, Designers and Data Scientists to deliver impact for our business and users.
  • Use data and metrics, as well as user research, to inform your strategy and success criteria

THE SKILLSET

  • 4-7 years of product management experience, ideally with consumer products (previous search experience a plus)
  • Great communication skillsPassion for live events, frequently attending events and buying tickets online
  • Self-starter with proven track record of execution and results
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team
  • Data-driven, analytical problem solverUser-first mindset with experience in user research and testing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
