As the VP, B2B Marketing you will work closely with your marketing team and a variety of cross functional partners to oversee, develop, and employ various marketing initiatives and branding efforts to achieve our B2B goals. You must have a successful track record of establishing and leading marketing strategy in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate has significant expertise building awareness, creating brand differentiation, and developing programs that drive revenue. Importantly, you must develop and execute a variety of specific marketing initiatives that are tuned for the many go-to-market motions that we are seeing success with today, including self-serve, inside sales, complex enterprise sales, and channel marketing.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $325,000 – $375,000. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Calmβs salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidates skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity + comprehensive benefits + 401k + flexible time off.
