I am a dedicated professional with experience in back-office mailing and customer service. My journey began in 2016 when I started working at Database Factory CC, where I honed my skills in communication and collaboration. I thrive in team environments and enjoy organizing tasks to ensure efficiency. My ability to communicate in multiple languages has been a significant asset in my role, allowing me to connect with diverse clients. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Malaga, which I believe will further enhance my technical skills. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, fitness, and playing video games, which help me maintain a balanced lifestyle.
