I am a dedicated customer service professional with years of experience delivering exceptional support across customer-facing roles. I have built a strong track record of enhancing customer satisfaction while contributing to business growth.

In my current and previous roles, I have handled end-to-end customer support, addressed product inquiries, resolved order-related issues, and managed customer concerns to ensure a positive client experience. I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative and Customer Advocate and Negotiator, where I contacted service providers to help optimize and reduce customers’ recurring monthly expenditures. This experience strengthened my negotiation skills and my ability to find practical solutions for clients.

Earlier in my career, I worked in lead generation, appointment setting, and cold calling. In that role, I performed outbound calls to pre-qualify leads and assess their eligibility for specialized debt restructuring and elimination programs. This helped me develop persistence, professionalism, and strong phone communication skills.
