About me
Canadian national from Vancouver, British Columbia, i have a background in Graphics and Web Design with certification from the Art Institute (previously known as the Center for Digital Imaging and Sound, located in Burnaby, British Columbia) i graduated in 2000 and worked freelance in various positions as a graphic artist and web designer, i also taught graphics and web design for two colleges in Vancouver. in 2005 i opened and operated a yoga studio in Coquitlam BC and in 2008 moved to Nosara Costa Rica to work in tourism for a boutique hotel where my responsibilities became more customer service and satisfaction oriented; i was personally responsible for bringing their online booking rating from 7 to 9.5 in customer satisfaction reviews
