About Target
Target is one of the world’s most recognized brands and one of America’s leading retailers
Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture.
A role in Enterprise Product means partnering with product, technology, user experience, data science, and analytics leaders across Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, Store, Merchandising, Finance, and other business units to enable key strategies that are critical to the enterprise for the experiences we create for our guests.
As a Sr Product Manager on the Enterprise Product team, you will work in the product model and play a critical role in the development of enterprise product strategies and facilitation of value delivery in support of OKRs across an enterprise portfolio of products. In collaboration with key partners, you will use a data-driven approach and human-centered design principles to define problems to solve, identify opportunities and risks, define success metrics in the form of OKRs, and influence and align stakeholders on priorities and sequencing that support Target’s business strategies.
You will partner cross-functionally to define and implement routines that support ongoing product strategy alignment and transparency, as well as the necessary planning, prioritization, and sequencing of priorities. You will need to cultivate strong relationships across the enterprise to drive collaboration and alignment with key partners and stakeholders across pyramids.
Areas of focus in this role will evolve based on the needs of the business, but your scope will consistently remain at an enterprise altitude with opportunities to work on high complexity, high impact priorities. As an initial area of focus, your role will partner to shape and drive the strategy for how Generative AI is leveraged by product teams across the enterprise to deliver value.
