The Managing Partner, Head of Growth role has been nurtured and shaped by our Managing Director, London, who has built a high-performing team, embedded a full-funnel pitch process, and established a culture of continuous improvement. With the agency growing and the new business demands increasing, we’re now seeking a dedicated leader to take this team and function into its next phase.
This role isnβt just about running pitches. Itβs about being a driver of growth, a connector of people, and a strategic partner to the agencyβs leadership. Youβll be stepping into one of the most dynamic roles in the business, with a seat on the PHD UK Board β a signal of both the importance of this role and our ambition for the future.
As Managing Partner, Head of Growth, youβll lead all UK-based new business activity (with possibly some involvement on global business) β from proactive prospecting to high-stakes pitches. Youβll also work closely with the Chief Client Officer in unlocking organic growth opportunities with current clients. Youβll bring energy, rigour, and creativity to every stage of the process, ensuring PHD continues to win the right clients in the right way.
Youβll report directly to the Managing Director PHD London, and work closely with senior leaders across PHD UK, Omnicom Media Group, and the global PHD network. You will also play a key role in shaping how the agency shows up in the market β making sure our pitch experiences, materials, and people reflect our Intelligence. Flexible Working

Β Our standard working hours are 9:30 β 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 β 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether thatβs in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
