Project Manager, Sports (Hybrid)

Full time, Temporary, Florence (no more than one to two hour away), Italy

The role is home based. You will work from home most of the time. You will be asked to come to our office in Florence for team meetings and trainings twice monthly (usually on a Thursday).

The Project Manager, Sports owns and manages client relationships and manage accommodation, travel and transfers arrangements as per client request.

As a Project Manager, Sports, you will be responsible for

  • Hotel contracting
  • Air and rail ticketing, individual and group
  • Individual and group hotel stays
  • Catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, dinners) both in hotel and outside
  • Individual and group transfers
  • Management of charter flight services
  • Support in managing paperwork for obtaining visas

  • You have several years of professional experience with organizing meetings and events
  • Confident handling of Microsoft-Office products
  • Service orientation and aplomb in dealing directly with people
