About this role.
A rapidly growing property development and construction group delivering major residential and mixed‑use projects across NSW, the organisation operates with a fast pace and a fully integrated model spanning acquisition, design, construction and property management. Its developments are reshaping key growth areas and supporting more accessible, community‑focused housing. With a strong pipeline ahead, the business is expanding its corporate functions and is now seeking a proactive Paralegal to support its in‑house legal team in a dynamic, high‑impact environment.
Responsibilities
Reviewing routine agreements, preparing drafts, updating templates and assisting with negotiation materials
Managing deadlines, tracking progress across workstreams and ensuring timely access to required information
Analysing legislation, summarising regulatory updates and preparing concise briefing notes
Maintaining organised filing systems, ensuring version control and supporting accurate internal records
Scheduling meetings, preparing materials, coordinating with external advisers and assisting with daily operational needs
Refining workflows, updating internal procedures and contributing to initiatives that enhance legal team efficiency
Requirements
Foundational legal training with experience in paralegal, legal assistant or junior legal support roles.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency with legal documents including drafting, reviewing and redlining.
Effective communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work on‑site as required and contribute positively to team culture.
