Key Skills

Demand Generation Enterprise Sales B2B SaaS ABM Marketing Automation CRM Campaign Management Legal Tech Pipeline Growth Sales Alignment

I am excited to apply for the Growth Lead, Enterprise Demand Generation role at Spellbook. With over 6 years of experience driving pipeline growth for B2B SaaS companies, I have a proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified enterprise leads and revenue.

In my previous role at a legal tech startup, I built ABM programs targeting top law firms and corporate legal departments, resulting in a 40% increase in meeting generation. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, leveraging data to optimize campaigns and collaborating closely with sales teams to align on account strategies.

Spellbook’s mission to revolutionize legal workflows resonates deeply with me, and I am eager to bring my expertise in demand generation, marketing automation, and enterprise sales to help scale the company’s pipeline. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to Spellbook’s growth.

Describe a demand generation campaign you led that significantly impacted pipeline for enterprise accounts. What was your approach and how did you measure success?
I led a multi-channel ABM campaign targeting 50 strategic enterprise accounts. We used personalized email sequences, executive roundtables, and LinkedIn ads. Success was measured by SQL generation and pipeline influenced, achieving a 3x ROI and 20% increase in meeting bookings.
How do you prioritize which channels to use when building a demand generation strategy for enterprise buyers?
I start by analyzing buyer personas and their preferred channels. For legal enterprise buyers, email, events, and content are key. I use historical performance data and A/B testing to allocate budget to high-converting channels while experimenting with new ones.
Tell me about a time you aligned marketing campaigns with sales goals. How did you ensure collaboration?
I set up weekly syncs with sales leadership to review target accounts and pipeline gaps. We co-created a tiered ABM approach, and I provided sales teams with custom content and insights for outreach, which improved conversion rates by 25%.
How do you approach nurturing enterprise buying committees?
I map out the typical buying committee roles (legal, procurement, IT) and develop tailored content for each stage. Using marketing automation, I create drip campaigns that address specific pain points, and I track engagement to trigger sales follow-up when a committee is active.
What metrics do you use to evaluate the effectiveness of demand generation programs?
I focus on funnel metrics: MQL to SQL conversion rate, pipeline influenced, and cost per opportunity. For enterprise, I also track account engagement score and time to close. I regularly report on these to optimize campaigns.
