Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in the Executive Assistant position at Chime. With over 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced tech environments, I bring a proven ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and handle sensitive information with discretion. I am particularly drawn to Chime’s mission of financial progress and would be honored to contribute to your executive team’s efficiency. My proactive approach and attention to detail ensure seamless operations, allowing leaders to focus on strategic priorities. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my skills align with your needs.

Sincerely, [Your Name]

How do you prioritize competing tasks from multiple executives?
I use a system of urgent/important matrix and communicate proactively with each executive to understand their current priorities, then adjust accordingly. I also leverage tools like shared calendars and task lists.
Describe a time you handled a confidential situation.
In my previous role, I was entrusted with sensitive financial information. I ensured all documents were stored securely and only discussed with authorized parties.
How do you manage a busy executive's calendar across time zones?
I use a combination of calendar tools and manual checks, always noting time zones and travel times. I also build in buffer periods to avoid back-to-back meetings.
Can you give an example of an event you planned?
I coordinated a 3-day offsite for 50 people, handling logistics from venue selection to catering, and managed a budget of $50k.
How do you stay organized?
I use a digital task manager and maintain a detailed filing system. I also set reminders for follow-ups and conduct daily reviews of upcoming commitments.
