Cover letter sample

Dear Hiring Team,

I am excited to apply for the Senior Product Manager (Measurement) role at StackAdapt. With a proven track record of delivering complex measurement solutions and a deep understanding of AdTech, I am confident in my ability to drive the roadmap and create innovative products. My collaborative approach and experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science teams align perfectly with your needs. I am particularly drawn to StackAdapt's focus on proving business value through measurement. Thank you for considering my application.

Sample interview questions
Describe a time you delivered a complex product under ambiguity.

I led the development of a new attribution model where requirements were initially unclear. I worked closely with stakeholders to define success criteria, prioritized features through iterative feedback, and delivered a solution that increased customer engagement by 20%.

How do you prioritize features in a product roadmap?

I use a combination of customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility. I score each feature on value and effort, align with strategic goals, and regularly review with cross-functional teams to adjust based on new data.

Explain how you would approach building a new measurement solution from scratch.

I would start with user research to understand pain points, then define hypotheses and success metrics. After prototyping, I'd iterate with a small set of users before scaling. Collaboration with data science ensures accurate measurement, and I'd use agile methodology for rapid delivery.

How do you collaborate with data science teams?

I involve data scientists early in the product definition phase, ensure clear requirements and success metrics, and maintain regular communication. I also use data from their models to inform product decisions and validate solutions.

How have you used LLMs in your work to accelerate product development?

I've used LLMs to generate user stories, draft product specs, and automate data analysis for customer feedback. This allowed my team to focus on strategic decisions and reduced time-to-spec by 30%.
