Job Description
About the role: Theย Part-Time HR Administrator provides administrative and operational supportย for theย Human Resources function, helping ensureย aย positiveย employee experience and efficient HR processes. This role supports onboarding, employee records management, compliance activities, learning and development administration, and various organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities whileย maintainingย confidentiality.ย
Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Employee Experienceย
- Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire setup to ensure seamless employee experience.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and documentation.
- Maintain onboarding schedules and track completion of required tasks.
- Coordinateย logisticsย for internal speaking and learning opportunities for employees
HR Administration & Employee Recordsย
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure documentation isย accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Support ongoing employee file audits and record retention practices.
- Review resumes andย assistย with preliminary candidate screening activities.
- Maintain and update organizational charts to reflect staffing changes.
- Administer employee stipend programs and track submissions and reimbursements.
- Supportย the companyโsย donation matching program and track associated activities.ย
Compliance & Credential Managementย
- Conduct monthly Office of Inspector General (OIG) exclusion checks andย maintainย related records.
- Track andย monitorย Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure renewals and compliance requirements.
- Assist with HR compliance reporting and documentation as needed.
Systems & Administrative Supportย
- Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course assignments, and reporting.
- Maintain and update HR-related content on theย companyย intranet.
- Monitor travel attendance and exception reporting, ensuringย accurateย tracking and follow-up.
- Support HR data accuracy across systems and databases.
Executive & Organizational Supportย
- Coordinateย logistics, materials, and administrative tasks related to quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
- Assistย with scheduling, communications, and specialย projects asย assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.ย
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:ย
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiencyย with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.ย
- Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. (including airline travel) isย requiredย up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings with possibleย additionalย travel.
Preferred Qualifications:ย
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, orย a relatedย field.
- 2 years of administrative, HR, or office support experience.
- Experience supportingย Humanย Resources function.
- Experience working with HRIS, LMS, or employee record management systems.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes, compliance tracking, and personnel file management.
- Experienceย maintainingย intranet content and organizational charts.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.ย
Additional Information
Work Environment & Physical Demandsย
Work is performed remotely from a home office. The individual is expected toย maintainย a safe, productive workspace with reliable and secure internet access.
Hours: Part-time,ย approximately 20โ25 hours per week (Monday – Friday and flexible based on business needs).ย
Travelย
Travel by air isโฏrequiredโฏupโฏtoโฏtwo (2) times per year within the US for in-person team meetings and an all-companyโฏmeeting.

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency
At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary range for this position is $24.04 to $26.44 per hour. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
