Job Summary

​The Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities. This position involves coding invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining detailed financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Responsibilities

  • Invoice Processing: Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments across multiple locations and entities, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Account Reconciliation: Request vendor account statements, perform reconciliations, and research and correct any discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.​
