Sample interview questions
I would start with business objectives, product economics, audience opportunities, and measurement requirements for each brand. I would then map prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty tactics to the funnel, define inventory and audience strategies, establish budget allocations and KPIs, and use ongoing incrementality and performance analysis to shift investment toward the strongest opportunities.
PMP inventory is bought through negotiated private marketplace deals and can offer preferred access, curated supply, and greater control. OMP inventory is generally purchased through the open marketplace and can provide broader scale and pricing flexibility. I select the approach based on audience reach, quality requirements, brand suitability, supply availability, campaign goals, and performance results.
I communicate early, clearly, and with context. I explain the performance trend, diagnose likely drivers using data, distinguish controllable factors from external factors, and present a prioritized recovery plan with expected impact and timing. This approach keeps the discussion focused on decisions and solutions rather than simply reporting an issue.
I would use AMC to analyze cross-channel exposure, audience overlap, conversion paths, frequency, and new-to-brand behavior at a more granular level than standard reporting allows. Those insights can inform suppression strategies, sequencing, audience expansion, budget allocation, and more meaningful measurement of how DSP and Sponsored Ads work together.
I set clear account standards, operating cadences, and success metrics while giving managers ownership over their work. Through regular reviews, coaching, documented feedback, and strategic escalation support, I help them strengthen analytical and client-facing skills while maintaining consistent planning, pacing, optimization, and communication quality across accounts.
