Sample interview questions
Describe an immersive brand experience you led from concept through execution. What made it successful?

I would explain the audience insight, the central creative idea, the cross-functional production approach, and how I protected the concept through execution. I would also share concrete outcomes such as attendance, earned media, social engagement, brand lift, or client renewal.

How do you turn fandom insights into creative concepts that people want to talk about?

I start by identifying the rituals, emotional stakes, language, and community behaviors that make the fandom distinct. I then build an experience that gives fans meaningful participation rather than simply placing branding around a familiar property.

How do you provide direct creative feedback while maintaining a positive and inclusive team culture?

I make feedback specific, timely, and tied to the brief, audience, and desired outcome rather than personal preference. I create room for discussion, recognize strong thinking, and ensure every team member understands both the decision and the path to improve the work.

How do you balance creative ambition with project budgets, timelines, and production realities?

I involve production and account partners early, identify the non-negotiable elements of the core idea, and develop scalable execution options. This protects the audience impact while enabling informed trade-offs before issues become expensive or compromise quality.

How have you incorporated AI tools into your creative process?

I use AI to accelerate research, exploration, moodboarding, iteration, and early concept visualization while retaining human judgment, originality, and brand stewardship. I establish clear review standards for accuracy, rights considerations, and the quality bar before AI-assisted work reaches clients or production.
