Sample interview questions
I start with an intake process that documents objectives, audience, channels, dependencies, owners, approval dates, and launch criteria. I maintain a prioritized delivery plan, flag risks early, and use standardized build and QA checklists so that speed does not compromise quality.
I first confirm the campaign objective, success metrics, audience rules, consent requirements, and CRM reporting design. I then build the program structure, assets, smart campaigns, tokens, and Salesforce campaign alignment; complete QA for links, rendering, segmentation, suppression, scoring, and sync behavior; and monitor results after launch.
I would validate tracking and audience logic before interpreting results, then review funnel conversion, engagement, deliverability, channel performance, and sales follow-up. Based on the findings, I would recommend targeted tests such as revised messaging, segmentation, cadence, offers, or routing and measure the effect against a defined baseline.
I audit field completeness, duplicate rates, lifecycle definitions, routing rules, and automation exceptions with sales and operations stakeholders. I then standardize required fields, introduce validation and enrichment where appropriate, automate repeatable updates, document the process, and track data-quality metrics over time.
I translate technical dependencies into business outcomes, decisions, timelines, and risks rather than relying on platform terminology. I use concise briefs, clear ownership, launch checklists, and status updates so stakeholders understand what is needed and can provide approvals on time.
