About ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses – from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world’s most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We’ve raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B – multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team – builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Sample interview questions
I would first identify the customer’s non-negotiable risks and compare them with the company’s approved risk position. I would propose commercially workable alternatives, such as a balanced liability cap, defined security obligations, scoped indemnities, and a clear data-processing addendum, while escalating only material deviations.
I maintain a structured regulatory-monitoring process, assess the impact of changes on products and contracting practices, and prioritize updates based on legal exposure and revenue impact. I then revise templates and playbooks, explain the changes to commercial stakeholders, and monitor adoption through recurring feedback.
I focus on the key business objective, identify the few terms that create material legal or operational risk, and communicate clear options with recommended paths. I distinguish true blockers from negotiable points so the sales team can move quickly while understanding the consequences of each concession.
I would evaluate the data categories, roles of the parties, processing purposes, transfer destinations, security measures, contractual safeguards, and applicable LGPD requirements. I would also confirm that the product, privacy documentation, and operational practices support the commitments made in the agreement.
I would explain the known facts, identify the highest-risk assumptions, and provide a time-bound recommendation that protects the business without unnecessarily delaying it. I would document the rationale, involve the appropriate stakeholders for material issues, and revisit the decision promptly as new information becomes available.
