As a Senior Systems & Operations Enablement Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the business to create and implement change management strategies across functional areas that directly impact revenue generation.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including RevOps, Systems, Marketing, Partners/Alliances, Deal Desk, Legal, and HR, to develop and implement change management strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leading the intake process for non-revenue projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and prioritization criteria.
  • Managing the sequencing and execution of major programs, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  • Delivering quarterly enablement through digital education, in-person meetings, and written communications in alignment with the broader Enablement schedule.
  • Coordinating timing and sequencing across the Sales Enablement function to optimize resource allocation and minimize disruptions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitoring and tracking the progress of change management initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status and impact of change management efforts.
  • Acting as a mentor and coach to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Systems & Operations Enablement Manager who embodies our values. This role demands a blend of project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of change management principles.

Salesloft’s Revenue Enablement team consists of seasoned and up-and-coming Enablement Managers and Program Managers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or other directly relevant roles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in designing and implementing change management strategies.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies and instructional design best practices.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Immerse yourself in the Salesloft culture and values through our New Hire Orientation and unique learning programs.
  • Familiarize yourself with Salesloft’s products, services, and learning ecosystem.
  • Meet and shadow current members of the Salesloft team to develop an understanding of our sales process.
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Create, socialize, and drive adoption of the intake process and comprehensive newsletter.
  • Establish a clear process for running and iterating major programs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on change management initiatives.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Manage the sequencing and execution of major programs with measurable success.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on change management efforts.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Demonstrate measurable success in the impact of change management initiatives.
  • Contribute significantly to the professional development culture within Salesloft.
  • Become a go-to expert for change management strategies within Salesloft.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Base Pay Range $108,000—$140,000 USD
