Responsibilities:
- Provide support for non-listed entities to execute a range of company secretarial functions including:
- Incorporation and dissolution of companies / subsidiaries along with changes in shareholders / directors as required.
- Assisting with the preparation and organization of shareholder / board meetings.
- Maintaining statutory and company secretarial records in line with local guidelines
- other ad hoc matters
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 – 8 (+) years of experience across the full spectrum of company secretarial responsibilities for private entities, from Professional services firms, law firms, or financial services / corporates.
- Fluency in Chinese skills including Mandarin is required
